Anything to get out of work...
Ah yes, one of the many mindless time consuming activities that I invest in to avoid more meaningful ones. I am very good at that.
By the way, I have given up studying all together. It shall never happen again.
Don't blame me! Blame Rachel. She's a bad influence on me. :)
Oh and I have started knitting. I am making a scarf. Apparently I am talented at it. Who would have thought?
Now that I have established that I am well on track to becoming an old lady, let's talk about the television. How about that Desperate Housewives? Or Lost? Or perhaps Gilmore Girls? Sex and the City anyone?
See? I have many things in life to talk about that don't involve politics. Seriously!
For example, I hate my political science class.
Oh no wait, that may not work.
Oh I participated so much in my reporting class today. I think I scared people. It was very unexpected. Apparently I am very good at critiquing other people's work, even when I wouldn't do a very good job on my own.
Though sometimes people need to be able to do an exceptional job at something. Sometimes it's part of the job description.
Hmmmm not working either.
Ok, one thing left to do.
Oh I do have one piece of very important non-political news.
CONGRATULATIONS TO DAVID AND CONNIE!!!!!!!!
(if they still read this blog)
They are now parents to a baby girl!
Which of course means I have yet another cousin in the generation below mine. Which of course means that I now feel very old.
It's good I have knitting to comfort me.
