Once again I feel like I've been neglecting you all, so in honor of you, I have decided to bring you a good old fashioned update. Like the old days. Are you ready?

An Ode to Weddings

Oh how I love them
Especially when they're mine
Because I've only been married
A small seventeen times

The first man I married was Bob
I think or was it Joe
I really can't remember
With all of that petron

The first time was 5 hours
Before it was annulled
The second time was 12
Before it got so dull

My favorite was in Australia
I think that guy was Jim
Where I took off with his wallet
But I did really love him!

And then there was last week
When I met a guy in a bar
We hit it off so well
Marriage didn't seem that far

But when we made it to the altar
I had to take it back
I realized I was still married
And I really couldn't have that

So quickly I ran to my lawyer
An annulment couldn't take long
But he said I had to have a divorce
The origin of this sad sad song

It was because of my blog
That I took so long to update
I hadn't written my story
So the annulment had to wait

Oh the foolishness of me
And my lack of attention
Now it would be 6 months
To take back a bad decision

So the moral of the story
Is that updates aren't so bad
But when you feel like you're neglected
Think of me being so very very sad

I think I'm out of practice
