I've come to a discovery...

I don't remember how to write a blog. I mean I know I used to, but it seems that in the time that has passed, I can't remember how it works. Naturally this has been a very trying and stressful thing for me.

At first I thought that if I just tried writing a small post, it would come back to me.

But it didn't and I failed.

I started researching different blogger self-help books, "Find the Blogger in You" and "Tips for an Out-of-Work Blogger". Then I realized that I already have a job so am hardly out of work and I'm pretty sure there isn't a blogger inside of me. The last thing I need is some creepy Alien reenactment with a blogger jumping out of my stomach. (What does a blogger look like anyway?)

I then decided that maybe I should seek some real expert advice, so I called up the one blogger I could count on. I'm sorry to say though - and I realize this may come as a shock - but Perez Hilton isn't that nice of a guy. Maybe I shouldn't have started out the conversation by asking "What were you thinking anyway by going on that rap show on MTV?" Apparently it brought up some traumatizing memories. I wouldn't know as I don't really watch TV.

Long story short, here I am again, with absolutely no idea how to write a blog. I thought about giving you an update on how I have been in the past year and a half, but not much has changed. Same job. Same apartment. Same car. Still have never received a speeding ticket in Oregon. (Which is exceptionally impressive considering how fast I was driving this weekend...)

I also thought about giving you a top ten list of some sort, but the truth is, what would the subject be?

I don't even think I know how to rhyme anymore...

So here I am, with my blog, trying to give this thing another chance. I'll let you know if I come up with anything.

I feel I need to end with something, but I can't remember what.

Is it baseball season?

Um... I'm not sure if that is appropriate.
