Okay so I haven't updated since before break so I guess I should. I went down to California for Christmas and that was just a whirlwind of a trip. I flew down to the bay area on the 21st, stayed there through Christmas eve and then on Christmas my sis and I drove out to Modesto, then 2 days later we went back to the bay area and that saturday we went to Tahoe and on the monday we left Tahoe and drove back to WA (which took us till 5 in the morning). Modesto was amusing as usual. I got asked if I had met Mr. Right yet (hold it - WHAT? I AM ONLY 18!) and my grandpa bugged me about not having met my boyfriend. The following conversation:
"Grandpa I don't have a boyfriend."
"You don't have a boyfriend?"
"No I don't have a boyfriend."
"Why don't you have a boyfriend?"
How do you respond to that? Well Grandpa I am a freak who know one wants to date.... of course thats just a depressing attitude... how about... Well Grandpa I am horribly picky so the guys that do ask me out end up being rejected - or even worse, never answered because I am heartless and cruel... of course neither of these options are actually entirely true its just that he doesn't seem to understand that its perfectly possibly for a girl to just be single without something being wrong with them. Once I realized that I wasn't going to get him to understand that I decided to exit the conversation. My Grandpa is a pretty funny guy actually. I am convinced that he has made it his life goal to get me angry every time I see him so that I will debate with him.

So anyway I am back in school now and my classes seem alright. Biopsych shouldn't be too much of a challenge. Women studies seems like alot of work but its really interesting stuff. Chem on the other hand shall not be too easy.
There are 4 hour labs.
I hate labs.
This is a problem.
Oh but this time they are requiring lab coats so I guess my 16 dollars last quarter wasn't a loss after all. Now what will the lady bug me about? My shoes?
